windbd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "windbd" refers to the windbd Platform, its operators, owners, employees, agents, and service providers.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or uses any windbd service.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the windbd Platform.
• "Platform" means the windbd website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated software, products, and services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game or sporting event offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by windbd.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player via an accepted payment method and held in the Player's account.

To open a windbd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and accessing the Platform from Bangladesh.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — corporate registrations are not accepted.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended windbd account.
• You are not excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion arrangement, court order, or other legal restriction.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid phone number, and active mobile wallet details.

windbd reserves the right to refuse any registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where windbd has reason to believe the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent.

windbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. windbd may request identity and age verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of mobile wallet ownership (e.g., confirmation of bKash or Nagad account registered in the Player's name).
• Proof of address where required.

windbd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access pending successful verification. Players who fail to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may have their accounts closed and Real Money Balances returned to the original payment method, net of any applicable bonus amounts.

windbd accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by windbd, though individual mobile wallet transaction limits set by the payment provider may apply.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same mobile wallet account used to make the Player's deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. windbd processes standard withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during regular operating hours. Verification requirements or unusual account activity may cause delays.

windbd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the Player's mobile wallet provider are outside windbd's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

windbd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly in excess of the Player's total deposits, or where fraud prevention measures have been triggered.

windbd offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. General bonus conditions that apply to all windbd promotions unless specifically stated otherwise are as follows:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and Real Money Balance are held separately. Real Money Balance is wagered first by default.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• windbd reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if windbd determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, matched betting using windbd funds, or exploitation of technical errors.

All bets and wagers placed on the windbd Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. General betting rules that apply across the Platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled or amended after placement, except where windbd's specific in-play or cash-out features permit.
• windbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was created or settled in error, including typographical errors in odds, event details, or market descriptions.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, windbd's decision, informed by official governing body results and windbd's own records, shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by windbd at any time, including on an account-specific basis.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the windbd Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical malfunctions, or errors in odds to place bets that carry a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent the Platform's integrity controls.
• Using the windbd Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.

All content on the windbd Platform, including but not limited to the windbd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of windbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the windbd Platform without the prior written consent of windbd. Unauthorised use of windbd's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, windbd's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

windbd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if windbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

windbd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, and third-party service failures may affect Platform availability. windbd shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

You may close your windbd account at any time by contacting windbd support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering conditions. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

windbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where windbd determines that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continuing to operate the account would present a legal, financial, or reputational risk to windbd. In cases of closure for cause, windbd may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

windbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, windbd will endeavour to notify registered Players via the Platform or by email where a valid address is held on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the windbd Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Article 11.

windbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to windbd collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which windbd operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through windbd's internal complaint process may be referred to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution body.
